1 potato per person served
pot of leftover homestyle baked beans
shredded cheddar cheese

Bake the potatoes or microwave until cooked.

Place each potato on a plate.
Slice open.
Ladle hot baked beans over baked potato.
Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

Serve.
